Founder & Builder
Full-stack developer and researcher with a Master of Science in Computational Analytics from Georgia Tech and nearly two decades of leadership in healthcare workforce solutions. Arvin works at the intersection of technical innovation and human capital — approaching AI not just as a technology to build with, but as a transformative tool that demands a thoughtful, human-centric approach.
He founded Koobo to build AI products, run experiments, and share the results openly. From multi-agent orchestration to long-horizon research agents, the work here sits at the frontier of what AI agents can do. But the mission goes beyond development — Arvin aims to help people move from passively consuming AI to actively building with it, providing the resources and frameworks to make that shift possible.
